We understand.

The Postpartum Depression Support Group of the Greater Ann Arbor Area is a grassroots support group facilitated by five volunteers who work with pregnant and parenting women. Our mission is to support women in their recovery from postpartum depression.

The good news is that postpartum depression and anxiety get better with treatment and support. You will feel better!

We meet the first and third Mondays of the month from 10:30 a.m. to noon at Lamaze Association of Ann Arbor, 2500 Packard Road, Suite 101, Ann Arbor 48103. Women experiencing depression or anxiety symptoms during pregnancy or postpartum are invited to attend. Participants are welcome to bring their baby, partner, family member, or friend to the meeting.
